Fairview Animal Clinic receives no financial support from charitable organizations, the government or any other third party. In order to maintain our hospital and clinic, and provide your pet with high quality veterinary care, it is necessary for clients to be prepared to pay for services at the time they are rendered.

For payment we will accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or CARE CREDIT.

In the event of extensive medical or surgical care, checks can be accepted and held for up to 30 days for deposit. We will be responsible for any service charges incurred by the client if we should accidentally deposit the check before the date specified.

Certain major medical and surgical cases may require a deposit before treatment can begin. If at any time you have questions concerning fees for your pet's medical care, feel free to ask us. We will be happy to discuss options with you and to provide you with a written estimate for your pet's treatment.

If you prefer to make monthly payments for your pet's care we can offer you CARE CREDIT. CARE CREDIT is an extended payment plan that allows you to make convenient, low monthly payments. With the CARE CREDIT program there is no annual fee and you receive 90 days same as cash for your initial balance. This plan also offers no pre-payment penalty and your monthly payments can be as low as only 3% of your total balance due. With CARE CREDIT, you keep your general purpose credit cards for other expenses. CARE CREDIT has one of the highest acceptance rates in the country and is accepted by over 13,000 dentists, physicians, and veterinarians.
